PLATTERS

Options come in 16” or 18” round or 12” x 22” oblong. Conveniently pre-made, platters can be swapped out as they are eaten through by guests. Platters are disposable for easy clean up after your event.

16” can comfortably feed 15-20 people

18” can comfortably feed 25 - 30 people

12” x 22” can comfortably feed 20-25 people

All platters come with sealed rolls of crackers, 6-8 cheeses varieties, 4-5 meats, fruit, nuts, pickles, olives, and choclate. Gluten Free and other dietary adjustments available upon request.

GRAZING TABLES

A greater take on our platters, grazing tables give a larger landscape for your guests to enjoy while bringing more visual presence to your event.

Flat Lay

Includes crudité, breads and jams in addition to our standard charcuterie selection spread out across a lined table.

Elevated

An elevated graze includes artful decor peices to bring height and a more polished look to your grazing experience. In addion to our charcuterie and crudité, an elevated graze includes small bite items, like sandwiches, skewers, and add on’s like salads and smoked meats.

INDIVIDUAL OPTIONS

Cups/Shots

Charcuterie cups and shots are a handheld version of charcuterie grazing. Starting with a cracker, meat/cheese skewer, fruit skewer, nut & chocolate base up to a full individual meal in a cup. These are highlighly customizable and a consult will be needed to quote.
